Small Group Program
Our Small Group Performance Program is designed to develop athletic abilities that transfer directly to sport performance within a small, competitive group environment.
Program Details
Athletes train in a supportive, high-energy environment that encourages positive competition, confidence, and athletic development, while still receiving individualized coaching attention.

Weekly Training Structure
Each training week is divided into two distinct training days (A and B-days) to ensure balanced development. Athletes and parents choose a time that works best for their schedule for that week.
Why Small Group Training Works
Training in a small group environment allows athletes to:
- Receive individualized coaching and feedback
- Stay motivated through healthy peer competition
- Develop confidence and communication skills
- Train consistently within a structured system

What ages is this program for?
This program is designed for youth and adolescent athletes who want to improve overall athleticism, movement quality, and injury resilience. To participate, athletes must be 12 years or older, and can be male or female!
Does my athlete need to play a competitive sport to participate?
Yes. This program focuses on foundational athletic skills that transfer to all competitive sports, including speed, strength, coordination, and movement mechanics. This program is not designed for youth simply looking to exercise.
What is the difference between A-Day and B-Day?
A-Days and B-Days are two different training sessions with complementary focuses. This ensures balanced development and prevents overuse while maximizing performance gains.
What if my athlete misses a session?
Athletes may attend the Saturday 11:00 AM Makeup Day to make up a missed session from the week.
Is this safe for my child?
Yes. All sessions are coached by qualified professionals who emphasize proper technique, age-appropriate progressions, and injury prevention strategies.
How many athletes are in each group?
Groups are intentionally kept small to allow for individualized coaching while still benefiting from the motivation and competitiveness of group training. The maximum number of athletes per session is 5.
How is progress tracked?
All workouts, exercises, and performance metrics are logged and monitored over time to ensure athletes are progressing safely and effectively.
Is this better than 1-on-1 training?
Small group training provides many of the benefits of individualized coaching at a lower cost, while also building confidence, accountability, and competitiveness. However, 1-on-1 training offers individualized programming based on a specific athlete and their specific needs.
