Coach Jenna Demas takes a well-rounded and personal approach to health and human performance—blending strength training, rehabilitation, and nutrition to help people feel and move their best. With a lifelong background in athletics, including gymnastics, track and field, and powerlifting, she combines her love for movement and wellness with a passion for helping others build strength, confidence, and resilience both in and out of the gym.
Her journey into healthcare began after a gymnastics injury led her to see a sports chiropractor. Experiencing the impact of movement-based, collaborative care firsthand not only helped her recover, but sparked her desire to help others do the same! That experience continues to shape her purpose: empowering people to take an active role in their health through exercise and education.
Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science with a Pre-Chiropractic emphasis from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, and is now pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the National University of Health Sciences. She’s passionate about combining her knowledge to build personalized programs that reach her client’s goals.
Since becoming a certified personal trainer in 2019, Jenna has worked with clients ranging from those new to fitness to national-level powerlifters. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in balance and sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term growth and well-being.
Outside of the clinic and gym, Jenna loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and cooking a nutritious meal at home!
