Dr. Ted D’Amico  has built his career at the intersection of athletics, health, and performance. With a background in collegiate track and field and national-level Olympic weightlifting, he brings firsthand experience in high-level training and competition to his work in chiropractic medicine and sports performance.

Dr. D’Amico holds the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®)  credential from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians®. This advanced sports-medicine certification reflects specialized competency in: musculoskeletal diagnosis, imaging and risk stratification, return-to-play standards, and evidence-based rehabilitation. Dr. D’Amico joins just over 6,000 clinicians internationally who hold this designation. 


Dr. D’Amico is credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT)  through the McKenzie Institute, an evidence-based system that uses repeated-movement testing to rapidly classify spine and extremity conditions, identify directional preference, and guide targeted, active care. MDT emphasizes patient education and self-management, helping reduce pain, restore function, and prevent recurrence while minimizing unnecessary imaging and passive care. Dr. D’Amico integrates MDT with strength & conditioning progressions to deliver clear plans that move patients from relief to  performance.


Outside of the clinic and gym, Dr. D’Amico enjoys spending time with his wife, Kennedi, and their dog, Lucy. He also loves cooking, gardening, playing music, and golfing.
